Solemnly witnessing a sacred funeral pyre on the Ganges, discussing local and world politics with a distinguished tea plantation owner in Sri Lanka, trekking Perito Moreno glacier in Patagonia with crampons and a pickaxe, watching hundreds of giraffe gallop across the Masai Mara, silently awaiting sunrise overlooking hundreds of stupas in the mist in Bagan…these are a few of the experiences I’ve had during my adventures around the world. My enthusiasm for travel began with my first career in Asian art and evolved into my current profession as an executive consultant for a luxury travel company and a contributing editor at RealTravel. I plan on sharing itineraries from trips I've taken, as well as those I've recommended to clients.
