a 47 year old male from San Francisco

From trips across Europe as a child with my parents to working in Central and Eastern Europe, The Former Soviet Union, Southeast Asia and, now, California as an adult, travel has always been part of my life. For business travel I tend to prefer efficiency, convenience and comfort. For personal travel I would rather do more trips with my money than stay at the nicest hotel in the world. To balance things I will often start at a nice hotel, conserve my money at moderate hotels on route and end my trip at a nice hotel.
