Berlin!

Absolutely loved my time in this fascinating city! So many things to do, and so little time on this trip. Having studied a lot of European history for my degree, I thoroughly enjoyed going to the Reichstag and visiting sections of the wall, and everything in between.

Plenty of things to do in the open air, like Alexanderplatz and the Tiergarten, and plenty of choice for confectionary in the Opera House and down Friedrichstrasse. Nightlife was pretty good too, as was the location of our hotel just off the shopping haven Ku'damm.
