  "We were visiting sick relatives in the area and had a lot of meetings to help with their affairs and decided to stay in a hotel with some leisure facilities as well as business facilities not too far from their home - the indoorpool was COLD - not heated - so was the jaccuzzi section and the changing rooms so could not swim -central heating in our room didnt work and when did was on full - TV English channels broken down most of the time and were repeatedly advised it was a problem (??) - only one Computer in the main reception area which was huge so surely a small area could be sectioned off for a private business centre where guests can work privately - so no business centre even though business had to continue whilst travelling - the location of the hotel was very hard to find - but once there it is in lovely surroundings - the rooms looked and were to some extent in need of revitalising - somewhat shabby - with no teamaking or coffe facilities despite the rooms having separate sitting/dining room - from the bathroom and bedroom We would stay there again if some of these issues were rectified as it is near to family and to the lovely old town of Chiclana and Conil and the beaches - so we could utilise it as we had originally intended partially business/partially recreation - the golf course looked superb and we do play golf!" — source Venere
